Dr Seyfeddin Kara is Assistant Professor of Islamic Origins at the Faculty of Religion, Culture, and Society of the University of Groningen. He holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies from the University of Durham. Dr Kara’s academic journey includes a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Global Fellowship, with research stays at the University of Toronto, Lund University, and the University of Göttingen.
